Comments from Rocco

At stake

“We played well enough defensively, especially early on, to keep us in the game. We conceded some explosive plays, but we had some really good runs. Offensively we couldn’t sustain any drives. They put us under pressure and were in our backfield. They really got after Chandler (Wilson) today. The ball was bouncing around all afternoon and we never ran the ball all afternoon. They’re as advertised and offensively they were strong today.”

About the identity of the team

“The most important thing is that this doesn’t define who we are. It’s so hard to deal with a defeat and leave the locker room and try to pretend that everything is fine, because it’s not. Our record is our record , but our team keeps fighting.” and compete and we have more football ahead of us.”
