Bill Belichick’s ex-girlfriend’s ‘Kill Bill’ Halloween look is creating buzz

Linda Holliday, Bill Belichick’s former girlfriend, made waves this week when a photo of her dressed as Uma Thurman’s character in the movie “Kill Bill” surfaced online, sparking speculation that the costume was intended as a joke against the legendary coach.

The photo, which shows Holliday dressed as Beatrix “the Bride” Kiddo from the 2003 film, complete with the character’s yellow suit and samurai sword, first appeared online Tuesday, TMZ reported.

The response was quick. Radio host Rich Shertenlieb posted the photo to #OhMy.”

Holliday apparently took offense to online critics who thought her costume choice was an attack on Belichick.

She responded on her Instagram story on Wednesday, TMZ reports. The message appeared to have disappeared from her story as of Thursday afternoon.

“Can everyone please stop being offended by EVERYTHING?” Holiday wrote. “You guys would never have survived the days of Eddie Murphy, Andrew Dice Clay, etc. etc., but you wouldn’t have survived the late night talk shows like Jay Leno or David Letterman. Laugh a little for the love of God. Illuminated. Not everything is an attack….”

While Holliday has apparently moved on from Belichick, the 72-year-old former head coach of the New England Patriots has also turned the page.

In June, People reported that Belichick and 24-year-old Jordon Hudson were dating and started seeing each other in 2023 after Belichick split from Holliday after 16 years.

Belichick and Hudson, a former college cheerleader, met in 2021 after bonding over a philosophy project Hudson was working on, Page Six reported. According to her LinkedIn profile, Hudson will graduate from Bridgewater State in 2022.

A request for comment was sent to Holliday on Friday morning.

Holliday’s costume hit the Internet shortly after former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had his own viral moment involving his ex.

After it emerged on Monday that his former wife Gisele Bündchen is pregnant, Brady posted an Instagram story on the Chicks’ cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide.”

Brady’s story included a sunset photo with three red heart emojis, but no text other than the lyrics of the melancholy song scrolling bottom right: “Oh mirror in the sky, what is love / Can the child in my heart rise above / Can I sail by the changing tides of the ocean?”
